"I've only been a client of Statement for 4 months and yet I've already experienced how great their customer service is! Last month, I got into an accident where another car rear-ended my car. Since I do not have a full coverage in State Farm (I have a very old car), I took it upon myself to keep following up with the person who caused the accident and to her car insurance, AAA. For a month, AAA won't get back to my voice messages and e-mails. So, I decided to contact State Farm to see if they can help me follow up with AAA. After speaking to Helen, she immediately contacted AAA and even sent a follow up e-mail to them. Within minutes, AAA got back to me and they referred me to their approved body shop to fix my car. Thank you State Farm and Helen!"
